Mississippi summers bring real heat and humidity that can affect how long a spray tan holds. We recommend avoiding heavy sweat sessions for the first 8 hours after your appointment to let the tan fully develop. Moisturizing daily once it's set also extends the life of your color significantly.

Absolutely. For any special occasion — from Natchez Trace adventures to local celebrations and community events — we recommend booking your spray tan 24 to 48 hours in advance. This gives the color its full development window and lets any initial bronzer wash away for the most natural-looking result.

Yes. Body sugaring is actually a great fit for clients in humid climates because our natural sugar paste is water-soluble, contains no resins or artificial additives, and removes hair at the root without adhering to live skin cells. Results last 3 to 4 weeks, and many clients find it significantly gentler than waxing — especially in heat.

Bare&Sol is one of the few studios in the North Mississippi area that specializes exclusively in body sugaring and professional spray tanning. Most general salons in the area offer waxing rather than sugaring, so if you're looking for the more natural, gentle alternative, we're the place to be in Tupelo.

Your membership credit(s) can be used towards our Signature Brazilian/Partial Bikini and/or full body Airbrush Tan OR use credit(s) towards any other services or combine them. Here are few examples of our members’ favorite combos: Signature Brazilian + Half Legs + Inner Thighs combo or Signature Brazilian + Underarm + Legs.

With our unique technique, your hair only needs to be 1/8′′ long (or the length of a grain of rice)! This is different than many other sugaring hair studios, which typically require at least 1/4”.

Individual results may differ, but for most, we recommend regular Brazilian twice per month / every other week for 6 months.

Refrain from shaving or other methods of hair removal about 5 days prior to your treatment. We also recommend avoiding sun tanning & intense exercise prior to your treatment, as this may heat up your skin and cause irritation.

Life happens, we get it. Any unused membership credits rollover for up to 90 days so they can be used later. Also, you can give membership credit for Signture Brazilian or Tan to your BFF, because everyone loves to glow. We allow gifting a service up to twice per year.

We ask that you submit your request in writing to your local studio with a 30-day notice.
